A massage program designed to optiimize athletic performance and achievement of fitness goals. This is a very useful service to help prepare for, recover from or train for sports and fitness activities. Benefits include injury prevention through awareness, preparation, improved circulation, flexibiltiy and joint motion.

Orthopaedic Pain Management Treatment

This treatment is for people with very specific chronic pain issues, esp. neck, shoulders, back, hips. Service includes body assessment, consultation and treatment will include a combination of Deep Tissue massage, myofascial release, eccentric strengthening, PNF stretch and other modalities to allow the muscles to release and go back to their natural relaxed state. It may take a series of treatments to address the problems – 10% discounts on 3 or more scheduled treatments. First session includes body assessment, consultation, & treatment.

Aroma Therapy

Calming and soothing lavender essential oil is used for extra relaxation during massage.

Heads, Hands & Feet

This massage/pressure point treatment, concentrates on the – Head/ Neck, Arms/ Hands, and Feet. It is a standalone service or can be an add-on to other treatments. This is an extremely relaxing, non-invasive massage treatment that can be done on your lunch break. Clients don’t need to disrobe, just wear comfortable – loose fitting clothing. The standalone treatments will all include a wonderful – head, neck, shoulder massage and your hands and feet will experience bliss with a paraffin hand dip & leg /foot cleanse, exfoliate & moisturize w/ paraffin foot wrap.

Chocolate Lovers Delight

Indulge yourself in chocolate from head to toe and not gain a pound! The service starts out with a total body exfoliation using our chocolate body polish.
Then we will apply our self-heating chocolate body mousse, and wrap you up allowing the antioxidant properties to infuse with your skin while you receive a wonderful scalp massage. We will then rinse off the product and finish with an application of our chocolate body butter. Your skin will be kissably soft!
And don't forget to get your edible chocolate treat at the end of the service!

Skin Bronzing

The body is polished and your skin is lightly massaged with a self-tanner. Non-damaging - even glow to skin. We send the remaining product home with you.

Inch loss wrap

A series of 4 treatments is recommended. The body is exfoliated and inch loss gel is massaged over body, followed with wrapping up of the body and a face & scalp massage.
